Q: We were unable to access BULSA.

A: We will check if the user is registered in BULSA, and if any of the following is the issue:

  • If there is no BULSA account setup: We will create a BULSA Account for them.

  • If they entered the wrong link (bulsa.upd.edu.ph): We will advise them to login using bulsa.up.edu.ph

  • If there is No DEFAULT role: We will set his/her one role (based on their designation) into his/her primary role.
